This event is free; donations are welcome.
Please note that after you submit this registration form, you will automatically be redirected to the D2M Charity Run page on giving.sg where you can donate to the event if you wish.

This form must be completed once for every registrant.

Note: Height/Weight suggestions are only for reference. Please expect 2 to 4cm of variance.
